Well...looks like we are ready to exchange contracts on the house sale tomorrow...which leaves me 3 weeks to find somewhere to live, get references etc etc and pack...AAARRRGGGHHHHHH!!! [:0] x

Thanks Jan! Difficult thing is trying to book viewings we can both go to because of work committments etc! I'm keeping everything crossed myself too x

Thanks footie..its 6 weeks today since we accepted the offer! Think the fact they're a young first time buyer couple they are all excited and want to be in asap! They wanted to complete quicker but we've stipulated the date to hopefully give us enough time to find somewhere!
