Had a nice surprise today from one off my PPI claims a letter to say i was owed £237.00..I informd my IP who then told me becasue it was less the £500 I do not need to pay any into my IVA..I have 2 more complaints in and to my surprise again each claim is classed as a seperate windfall so as long as non are over £500 I get to keep lot..I have kepted email with all this on just in case lol.

I understood that ppi refunds were an asset rather than a windfall? (maybe I'm mistaken?)
Good news for you though but do keep hold of them emails that confirm it...just in case. x
