iva still on our record for another year....managed to get a new mobile phone contract last week with o2 ....they did credit check and it came back all clear......just thought I would share !

o2 accepted me as a new contract customer even though the IVA is still visible on my credit file. Perhaps they are a bit more lenient these days?
