Im on a IVA with 18 payments left to make. Decided to sell some items I collected over the years on Ebay, i.e rare comics, DVD's videos, books ect, some are quite rare and valuable. I have been told I need to declare this to the IP as its classed as income..surely not?

HI Radish-- as long as you are selling personal effects and not operating a business it is between you and Paypal -- no concern of your IP -- unless some of the goods are listed as assets, or valuable enough to be considered such ( in which case they should have been declared).

A lot of us get extra cash by selling our own things at car boots or ebay.

It's a good way of heaving a clearout and putting some cash away for a holiday or Xmas etc.
