I go for my op at 2pm, me scared - no way - just petrified.
Had a lovely weekend in Manchester with the daughter. Since going to uni her and boyfriend of five years and her have had many issues in 3 weeks and he finished with her via text in the first week. Ok heartbreaking but move on, they began seeing each other again and have been doing fine, but her confidence is so low.
Saturday night 12 of us are in a Beefeater restaurant which is attached to the Premier Inn where I'm staying to celebrate her birthday and he comes along and welcomed. The waitress god bless her throws herself at him by asking him out etc., why? why would you do it when somone is so obviously enjoying being part of a family table and in his defence gave her nothing to think he was in the slightest interested. My daughter again left feeling lower than low...
I feel the waitress crossed the barrier of professionalism and what was supposed to be a wonderful evening (surprie) for my daughter has left her feeling very down again. She is seeing a counsellor at the minute for this too! Grrr some people!
If any people reading this have any words to say to my daughter to help her regain her confidence I would more than appreciate it, as I just don't know what to say to her. She is beautiful in my opinion and don't know why she devalues herself so much x
