Hi all, I'm just coming up my annual review and in the last few months I have lost all my CSA, child benefit etc. I have also got a new job which increased my wages (so one cancelled the other out as per conversation with IVA rep) I also get expenses and moved house with a lesser rent . I have posted previous asking can the IVA take my expenses and was advised on here that they couldn't. Now I have actually done my new I&E it appears without my expenses I wouldn't be able to cover my normal household bills anyway. As once my rent, water, gas, elec, IVA payment etc has all gone out it leaves me with only £194 p/mth for food for myself and daughter and personal fuel. As my expenses cover my work fuel and a small margin goes towards wear and tear to my car the expenses are actually paying towards food and personal use fuel. My question is...how likely is it that my IP would put up my payment because of the expenses. I'm not sure what the actual allowances are for everything now but have listed actual costs. My expenses fluctuate from month to month depending on where I've had to travel to and from. Last year it took 3 mths before I got a response about my I&E it seems an awful long time to stress about what will or wont happen[:(]

Hi, I have never liked the wait between the review and the outcome. Can you give them a ring to see what they say x

Expenses should not be used as regular income ...they simply reimburse you for original outlay. If things are that tight I would seek a review and further discussion with your IP for reassurance
