Hey,
Can anyone tell me if Max Recovery is the legal owner of my debts, it means that I do not have to pay the money I borough from different banks? My debts has been deleted? Or still Do I have to pay the money?
Please help me to understand!!

You still owe the money, its just the owner that has changed.

Can you tell me what is happening if I don't pay? I am not in UK.
They don't know my address. Can they come after me if they'll find out where I live?

Max Recovery have bought the debt and they have the right to pursue you for payment, subject to certain legal restrictions.

I had a query this week from someone who owes money to a bank and they have moved. They wanted to avoid paying the bank and to run away from it forever. I have advised them to contact the bank or they will have this hanging over them forever.

If you don't pay then they can try and find you. Are you in an IVA? Is there any reason why you don't want to pay and how much do you owe in total.

If they find your address then they can make you pay. You could start a fesh iva and clear your debts so this isn't hanging over your head.
