I slept in for work by a huge three hour today. First time ive slept in after all these years of working.

3 hrs? blimey my work would have been on the phone if I was 15 minutes late!

I could do with it today, 2 hours sleep last night and just beginning to flag now. Even by my bad standard of sleeping for me that's a record

I even went to bed at 7.40 last night but still didnt want to get out of bed at 3.30 this morning.

Oh I wish to sleep like that. I'm still not experiencing tiredness to the point where I want to sleep despite 2 hours last night

I am getting a bit narky though which is a good sign for me! x

Last week i was walking streets at 2am couldnt sleep and having panic attacks.

Maybe you need some medical help (says the woman who won't go) to sort out your sleeping and anxiety Wickerwish.

Join the club wickerwish lol but seriously I'm sure you're fine, we're all different and work through situations differently my hubby bless him will sleep on a washing line me well anything on my mind and it keeps me awake. x

I don't work Fridays but been wide awake since three oclock

Try and have a nap in the daytime if possible

Cant today have a nap ive a busy day house hunting but normally me and dog fight for dog shelf on a friday.
