Claims Broker (PPI refund company) were the company GT referred me to over 8 months ago for them to make PPI claims on my (GT's) behalf. I heard nothing after sending the paperwork back to them, then end of last week I get another set of paperwork to sign to proceed with the refund process. Now I don't mind, I ain't going to see a penny so it's up to GT what percentage they believe my creditors should get and what claims broker are going to charge for sending forms I have already verified PPI is due on! What really got under my skin is the fact they took over 8 months to sort out something that I had already verified was due, but then to phone me the day after receiving the paperwork to check I had signed and returned it as if all of a sudden it was the most important thing on their books. I was polite to the lady who phoned me as I know it wasn't her fault, but it did take a lot of restraint.

This whole PPI saga is getting under the skin of a lot of people for numerous reasons, we can only hope there is some hard and fast rules put into place and soon to stop all these delays happening. x
