If all GT customers that are having their lives torn by the terrible and abysmal closure procedure make a complaint directly to the IPA. Seems no one from GT can be bothered to respond to concerns and email replies are just generic or down right lies.
Find out who your IP is and copy them into the mail you send the IPA. I bet they will sit up and take note then!
The forum is just getting clogged with GT closure complaints and it seems GT don't give a damn, complaints directly to the IPA will if nothing else get their attention to this car crash.
I really hope you all get some relief from penning a complaint to the governing body of GT's IP's.
