I've just come across this website, parkatmyhouse, I don't know how successful it is or if anyone would want to pay to park on my drive, but if I was to do this, would the extra cash have to go to the IVA or could I keep it?

Depends on the amount. Probably best to declare it to your ip and see what they say.

I'm guessing it would be income so would need to be declared. Like Paul says run it by your IP and take their advice.
