Well my car has had to go. It has been making a rather loud engine noise for a while. It's conked out twice,,,I had to be AA recovered to our local garage, had a £500 garage bill & that's without replacing the noisy gearbox. The car is 10 years old. I took it down to webuyanycar to part company with it. URGH!

Our iva payment was £330 a month. Since our last payment on the 13th of may ( we had an extra one ) there has been one thing after another to shell out for. Things aren't any easier post IVA!! But at least there's been no iva payment to make.

feeling negative Nellie,,,,but nothing that the euromillions couldn't fix [:D] LOL

These things do tend to come all at once I agree, hopefully the start of 2014 will begin and remain more positive for you.

Everything always seems to happen at once with us. It's dead money buying me another old banger & hubby needs another car with less miles on it.
& I can't manage without a car.

To cut long story short! My husband is due a car change. He's got 174000 miles on the clock. ( he does a lot of miles with his job) we were going to wait til feb......pay the taxman at the end of Jan & then get another car for him.

So, we bought a car for him today & I've got his car. We'll just run it til it conks out & hopefully it'll last til next summer hols--by then I should have enough saved for another car.

In the meantime I have to scrimp in all areas & sell a couple of organs to make sure we have all the tax money by end of jan.
urgh urgh urgh,,,,now I'm a worried negative Nellie!!! BUT at least we have no debt!!!
