Received my final request to complete an I&E in the post this morning. 12 more payments, after this months money goes out, then debt free.
I started this journey with BE and after less than 2 years got taken over by GT, who I have to say have done a sterling job so far. 2 questions posed to customer services and both answered within 48 hours, both with sensible results to carry on forward. PPI is done and dusted already, good results for my creditors who will be getting a better than expected return. I am in rented accommodation so no equity to consider at the 60 month milestone. Here's, hopefully, to a faultless year and a painless completion.

We are not far behind you Merlin. Our 12 months to go mark is April 2014.
We are also renters so no equity etc for us either.

Thanks for the replies, I have every confidence that GT will have sorted out the issues with closures by my completion date (as long as they don't increase their portfolio by buying out any more IVA companies).
