Has anyone else had a little "Online" chat box appear at the bottom of the screen offering support ??

Yes, it's quite annoying and there doesn't seem any way of getting rid if it!

Not see it myself either but only just logged on. I guess live chat is the way forward assuming that's what it is and hopefully you'll be able to clear it if it's not needed.

Oh just seen the online chat with us here box, not in my way so not annoying at all...good idea in opinion. Admin do you need to have a login to be able to use the facility?

It's moved today - it was over the posts for me over the weekend. I hope there will eventually be a cross to get rid of it as I still find it distracting though!

Be an excellent resource though when trialled out as I have used a similar facility with other websites and it's been very helpful

Yes but who is monitoring it 24/7 and who is responding ? Have admin expanded?

I am guessing it will only be "live" during certain hours it is manned. By whom is another matter and it will take away much of the character of the forum if everyone asks questions on that rather than in open forum.

I'm sure they will be encouraged to post, not sure who will man it and like other live chat it possibly won't be available 24/7.
Maybe it's someone we know and they're not saying!
