Due to a recent unfortunate incident my Facebook account, along with other accounts on my machine, might have been compromised. I have therefore deactivated the account.
My computer also ( coincidentally ?? ) went west at the same time, so I am using a pre-war laptop at the moment!
If I re-join FB, it will be anonomised ! Maybe I will resurrect Mr Jones.
Anyway -- and FB contacts purporting to be from me, under my usual FB name, will be from someone else !

I'll have to wait until my computer is back up and running ---- I can't do anything useful on this antique laptop !!
I have hated every new Windows release as they have come in and am still refusing to go to Windows 8 ---- but to go back to Windows XP is purgatory !!

So many of my learners are asking me questions about Windows 8 and I've not seen it nor used it!
I'm potentially going to be made redundant from my teaching position in July (end of term) and at the minute am considering going mobile and teaching people what they want in their own home. I'll need to familiarise myself with Windows 8 so as so many have it. It's just a thought at the moment but it may be worth a little more thought.
I would continue my admin job but alongside do a few hours private tuition.

I have un-friended you, if you get everything back working again refriend me, or let me know your alias and I will re-friend you
As a side note it felt quite cruel pressing the unfriend button, first time I have done it

No worries, PJ -- always best to be on the safe side.
As a side effect I am getting more time to myself now

Unfortunately, only leading to more TV watching --- however, by summer ( summer??) I might have weaned myself off enough to do some gardening of an evening
