OMG we got accepted today! meeting was at 11.00am and had decision by 11.15am! Payplan have been absolutely fantastic. The process may have taken 4 months but was kept well informed - with special mention to our 5th case officer Alfie Merrit who I e-mailed each day last week for any updates as votes roll in before the meeting day sometimes. Can't quite believe what I'm feeling right now! IVA has been the making of me and my husband and taught us the real value of money. And how NOT to spend it!!! So HAPPY.
