My creditors meeting date is nov 4th. All my next payments are due to be paid before then. Should I lay them as normal?

Most of us stopped payments once the IVA was being set up -- this allowed a modest "emergency fund" to be started. Some made token payments ( which are, in my opinion, a waste of time, effort and money). And s few carried on as normal ( again a bit of a waste if the IVA is accepted as expected).

Use this time to gather a small contingency fund as you will no doubt need it as your settle into life in an iva.

Good luck, I remember how worrying this time is, but you will be fine. Look forward to getting your life back. You will get a lot of support on here.

I would not pay any more to creditors. Save the money and put aside for emergencies.
