tumbling share prices have been seen in the last week or so, for many of the main players in the "IVA Industry" with a number of explanations. If these performance indicators continue to plummet it is feasible that a major player in the industry would themselves undertake an insolvency procedure, The company may find themselves in receivership and of course the IP compromised. What measures are there in place for such circumstances?
