Found this artical today. It makes scary reading. I know that the IVA was right for me but are some companies pushing them to much ?

I completely agree that IVA is not something that should be entered into lightly and without exploring all the other solutions. You need make sure that your debt consultant explains all the debt solutions from IVA to Debt Management Plan and Bankruptcy.

It all boils down to how long a DMP would take, I wish CCC be more to the point. If someone needs 7 or more yrs for a DMP completion and with no garanteers interest be frozen or/and with lenders eventually sending out Charging orders,NR been one - you life would be made hell.

IVA - problem solved.Peace of mind.
