See my answers to your earlier posts. If we can try to help you we do need to know a little more about your current financial circumstances.

Your debts are relatively low, that I feel that the Citizen's Advice Bureau could be a real help if you could get an appointment. I rarely would recommend the use of an Administratin Order to anyone, but this may well be the solution for you and the CAB will be able to explain how these actually work.

Doesn't sound like she has a CCJ Mel, and unless I am wrong then you need at least 1 CCJ before an admin order becomes an option?

County Court Judgement, usually for unpaid or unaffordable consumer debts.

For an Admin order yes, but you look to owe very little in the grand scheme of things, although that is not to say that it is not very worrying from where you are sat, so perhaps a visit to the CAB may well be in order.

I didn't know that Size - to be honest they are not something I have ever had anything to do with to be honest. Thanks for the tip - and it goes to show that we need those Debt Relief Orders asap for people struggling with low debts.

Indeed, Admin Orders are virtually obsolete in as much as they cannot deal with debts over 5k so have slipped way off the radar as far as the likes of you or I are concerned.
I do remember 25 years ago though, when I was still in this field but on the other side, when they were really quite common.
