Can't believe it - my husband received a £3k payrise in May - we duly informed our IP, completed a review of our I&E with up to date expenditure, provided receipts for fuel, food and car maintenance etc as this had all significantly increased since our IVA commenced back in September last year - I was expecting them to tell me that we had to increase our payments by at least £200 per month ........ well just got home and got a letter from them confirming NO CHANGE !!!!!!!

Yippee....I am amazed and happy (for once!!!) to receive a letter from my IP!

Our annual review is due in September - so our new I&E is what our expenditure is currently based on now and therefore realistically I can remain optimistic about achieving my IVA!

10 down 50 to go and smiling !

Debt Free Direct - after all the negative comments about them currently as they are now dealing with Clearstart customers - maybe this will show some that they are human after all!!!!

thats good.

do the iva companies always ask for receipts etc on review then? i've only just got into my iva but i never keep any receipts or anything and have heard people say they had to provide them.
i'll have to start keeping them somewhere safe if thats the case
just wondering so

Buy 12 big brown envelopes and mark them for each month of the year and put any receipts(especially for things not necessarily accounted for on your I&E,car exhausts, new cookers etc)into the envelopes so that come review time its not a big panic to explain why your fuel bill is up but you cant prove it.
