Hello I have to re-register with the commission for social care inpectorate as my employer has moved me to manage another Care Home.I checked the online forms earlier and it asks if i an arrangement with my creditors which has not been discharged.
I am concerned that I may not get registered due to this? the csci website does not answer this .It does not help that this question was on the disclosure of criminal convictions ,I feel like a I have done something wrong.I have been in an IVA for ayear now and have got by ok.
I am worried that my job could be at risk.Please could someone advise

An IVA is an arrangement with creditors and you will therefore need to declare this if asked. I cannot see why this would effect your registration, but you might want to make an anonymous call to the company to see how the land lies first.
