I would like to know what the criteria is for attaching an IPO to a BR petition, if you know please post.

If there is over £99 disposable income the OR will request an IPA, Income Payment Arrangement. If you object to the IPA the OR may ask the court to order a payment be OR, Income Payment Order. It will run for 3 years or until disposable income falls below £99. Hope this clears it up for you,
