i had a text today on my mobile phone....asking me if i had debts of over 15000.00 and did i want to "wipe the slate clean"....if so...ring this number etc etc etc

where did they get my phone number from??? and who is this...i deleted it...should have kept the number maybe someone here would have known who they were

i have heard of cold calling ...but TEXTS....on my phone now.what next??!!!

Obviously just a junk text, but how annoying! If they send another one, write the number down and post it on here.

I think sometimes they just dial numbers at random.

I get them from time to time, I just ignore them too.

I also used to get them pre-iva, from Apex Debt Management who were trying to get me to do a DMP, they had my details from RBS
