Now that my IVA is approved, do I need to keep any of the bills my creditors send me? I am sure my IP wouldn't want me to keep sending them on to her?
Also, do I need to keep receipts etc for petrol food etc? I may be being daft, but I don't know what to keep and what to shred

There is no need to keep receipts for shopping and petrol etc (unless you want to prove an increase then I would keep a couple of months), but I tend to keep all my utilitiy bills so that I can show any rises at review, if you get any creditor letters I would still forward them on to your IP, they will stop, mine did quite quickly. Keep bank statements a some Ip's do ask for them at review though mine doesnt.
All the best both

I don't need my clients to keep any financial documentation, apart from their wage slips and details of any expenditure which is more than 10% of that budgeted for in the income and expenditure.
