Hi,

I have received a statement from Ace requesting payment for something I have never ordered. I have never ordered anything to this company. I have been trying to email them but there's no reply.

What should I do?

There is every possibility that this is a scam, so be careful with any information you give them. Take the statement to your local Citizen's Advice Bureau and ask there.

Delete the email and ignore it if you are certain it does not mean anything.

Fingers crossed its sorted...I feel it is likely to be a scam.
