My IVA was approved in June last year, i also started a new job, in which i received a considerable payrise. I informed my IP regarding this payrise, and as i had a 6 month probabtion period i was told that this would not be taken into the consideration of the IVA and if i passed the probabtion and continued in the job, then it would be picked up in my annual review the following year. After reading some posts on this website, i am now worried that i was advised incorrectly. Can you let me know if this is the case, or should my payments have been reviewed and increased accordingly. I have looked through my terms and condititions of the IVA and i cannot see anything that relates to payrises apart from the annual review. Thanks for your help in advance.

No - that sounds like good advice to me and I would probably have said the same thing. You sound as if you have a very sensible IP.
