Hiya,

as i spoke about in my last post- ive made an offer in full & final settlement. ive been told that a report has to be drawn up for the creditators, they then have 35days to say yes or no.

I contatced my IP today to ask how long this report takes? i advised i have just found out im pregnant and im struggling making payments. As i have been very ill. (doctors orginally told me the chances of having children are small). To my amazement, they told me to stop making payments.

Is this correct?? im worried as i dont want to mess up this now before it goes through.? anyone urgent advice welcolme? X

Well, it might be that they could be very hopeful for the F&F being accepted. If you wanted to you could phone them again and tell them you are concerned about stopping the payments and see what they say,
