Hi All

Well, here we are entering into the final stage of our IVA application. Our paperwork has been forwarded to the bods in the creditors meeting section. So it is now a waiting game. We ended up with a low offer and we are quite worried it will not be accepted. If that is the case more stress waiting for a DMP to be sorted. We are starting to get the phone calls and letters again after switching to reduced payments form our informal arrangement. I feel we are becoming fatalistic about things with regard to finance, and are basically saying to creditors this is the situation deal with it. Lets hope fortune favours us for once.

Cheers

J and D

That's a good attitude to have with your creditors. They will try and bully you, but don't let them get you down.

Fingers crossed that you get your meeting really quickly and it is agreed so that you can get on the road to a debt free life
