anyone one have an idea of what score u need to pass an estate agent check?

I think that would depend on the Estate Agents personal criteria. I doubt they have a bench mark to pass and will be more interested at looking at the overall credit score. If you are currently in an IVA you will have a poor credit score so you should discuss this with the Estate Agent prior to agreeing a let.
