Just transferred to Payplan from Debtmatters. We was due our first annual review on March 7th,how long to they get to complete this? i thought it was 2 months, once that period is over which it is now do they have to wait until next year?

The reporting period is within two months, but I guess with 8,500 new cases to deal with both GT and Debtmatters are probably up to their neck in work. The annual report process is a bit of a formality, so personally I would not worry unduly if they are not done too on time. It is a matter for your own IP's compliance and I am sure they will get round to you soon.

thanks melanie, they have the creditors meeting on 19th May, which is just for the standard modifications for them at Payplan that we agreed to on changeover, they assured me that this is more a less just a formality for the changeover and there will be no difference to our payments.

oh im glad its not just us then, i know exactly what you mean about rocking the boat, our review was due on March 7th but around that time we transferred to payplan, had the initial call to see if we wanted to accept etc,,,,and that was it.

Apart from the welcome letter, and also the letter saying when our creditors meeting is, but like i said this meeting is mainly for Payplan and nothing to do with us as the modifications do not mean any changes for us.

We are paying £450 per month and have never missed a payment, and all is going really well, also we do not have the overtime clause in our chairmans report at all so any overtime hubby gets is ours(although he can go months without any)!!

So im not going to chase them at all, as long as we are paying what we should i think they only need to make contact when they want something.

Mind you it would have been quite nice to have maybe had an email or a phonecall from IP just to put minds at rest when transferring over wouldnt it.

Hi again I think the least we hear from them and things are ok with your IVA all the better,As somebody mentioned in a previous post I treat my IVA payment as a mortgage payment that has to be paid at all costs,So each payment is 1 month less,
45 more to go and If I only hear from payplan a dozen times in that period it will mean things are going to plan

Thats the way I see it, never got a reply to last years review, and no reply this year so assume payments don't change.

Another one that does not want to rock any boat

I just wrote this out once and lost it so hope it posts this time.

Postal order although that will cost you extra.
Cheque written by a friend or family member? so long as it doesn't put you in an awkward position?
S/O do you pay by this method, amend the amount to include the £78.
Ask for their bank details to do a bank transfer making sure you put your details as the reference so they can locate the payment.

Not sure of other ways but all the best with making your payment.

Not at all - they will just be grateful that you have sorted the matter out.
