Just got a phone call from the agents trying to sell my business. They have a lady interested who has been a regular customer of mine for years and LOVES the place! She has been looking to buy somewhere for ages and lives in the next road! She also has finance in place!!!!!![:D][:D][:D]

I'm meeting her at 1pm toady.....Is this too good to be true? I'm so nervous. I've just phoned Melanie's office to see what the minimum I can accept if she decides to put an offer in.....OOOh, I hope it is at the asking price.
