Not exactly sure what your question is ?
I assume you are not in an IVA at the moment, are you intending to propose an IVA but not sure if you are able to because of ill health ?

Dont think anyone understands, but Im going to assume what the question is.
Quote me if im worng, if someone has HP and all that with payment protection / Insurance, as long as a doctor signs you as unwell for work, then the insurance is used to cover monthy payments.
So in the long term if it is classed a critically ill, most insurances would pay out to cover the outstanding amounts, thus meaning there is no need for an IVA or could be used to dely entering into an IVA
