Hi

Just wanting to know do the creditors decide on voting yes or no on the day or do ip’s have an indication of what creditors are going to vote prior to the meeting

I know the ip’s would not advise their clients but just wondered if the ip’s actually contacted the voting companies prior to disscuss the proposal

Just intrested!!

Thanks

Hey gail, the creditors meeting is usually not an actual meeting, most vote by fax or phone so your IP may know some before, but they would probably still wait until after the actual meeting to let you know, so as not to get your hopes up or make you worry. Viki X

Hi
IPs have no say in the vote.
They will be in communication with some of the creditors prior to the meeting and also at the time of the meeting.
