I rang my iva co only for someone totally different to answer who said they were Synergi. They said they have taken over my arrangement from PB Recovery. I had no notification of this and am really concerned. Please help with advice I would be very grateful. Thank you

The PB Recovery portfolio was sold to Synergi in March 2008. Unfortunately there is no requirement for the outgoing IP to advise their clients of the transfer of their case to a new IP firm, but I am rather suprised that you have not been notified by Synergi as the transfer did happen over two months ago.

There may be nothing to worry about, as your IVA will continue to run in exactly the same way as before, but this should be confirmed to you by your new IP as any sort of change can be quite unsettling.
