I pay a fixed amount per month for my gas, electric and landline. This amount has not altered for a while, and I have built up quite a credit balance, particularly on my gas. I have not taken any of this money although I could do.

If I was to request this money back, would I have to declare it to my IP? Also, the company I use, as a loyalty thing, pay back one months payments for both gas and electric each year. Should I declare this?

I can also take payment holidays from my secured loan - should I declare this as well?

Finally (and I can hear you all breathing a sigh of relief!) my hubbie, being an old git, gets the heating payment on top of his benefits. I presume there is no problem with this as his benefits are included in our income.

I don't think that it will be necessary to declare that money, but check with your own IP first.
