I entered into an IVA 11.07.03 and it was satisfied 12.07.05. I subscribe to Credit Expert and note Max Recovery keep changing the dates of my that my accounts were satisfied. Also on My Call Credit they register defaults every month for all accounts they handled. How do I stop them registering these incorrect details?

The IVA should just simply fall off your credit file in 2009 regardless of the dates the defaults are set at.
An IVA stays on file for 6 years from the date it was accepted, not the date it was completed.

yes but defaults stay on your file for 6 years also, so if they put one on say today for example, thats 6 years from today. It just seems unfair to me, but apparently they are allowed to do this at anytime arn't they??

sorry but at the end of the day , it's creditor;s revenge and there is nothing you can do.
But we'd be niaive to beleive after an IVA that all was forgiven.
I made the choice because I owed more money than I could ever pay back. So I accept the long term repercussions,
I do get saddened by people who take the IVA route with debts that could be managed by three or four years of strict budgeting.
Hey that's just me talking.
