if anybody could help with information regarding opening a bussiness account as i am 2years into my iva

I fear that the answer is going to be difficult for you to find business banking facilities whilst in an IVA, but have you asked your current bank and is this a new or existing business?

The only company that I have seen a positive result from is
www.secretariatservices.net

They have been able to secure a High St business account but you may have to borrow 3-4k from family or friend to open it BUT you can withdraw it once opened.
