Hi Laura and welcome

Dont worry yourself over the phone calls. Theres nothing your creditors can do once the IVA was approved.

It usually just takes a while for things to filter through the system. When it does all the calls and letters will stop.

I think most people still get them for a while, it takes time for the paperwork to filter through to the creditors. If they get persistent, just put the phone down. Any letters I would send to your IP

Have your IP call them, the calls should have stopped by now I would have thought.

They are not allowed to keep harassing you now as you are in a legal agreement (The IVA) which forces them to discuss such matters with your IP only.

as others have said, pass any letters and details of phone calls to your IP.
