Last year I applied to claim a refund of my bank charges from Lloyd's Bank.
The application was on hold due to the court proceeding as seen in the press and media.
I then got my IVA approved and I then moved at the same time, back last November and obviously got a new bank account from HBOS ( as I didn't have any debts with the m )
Because I moved I didn't inform any of the companies involved as the IVA was approved, luckily I only got grief from the Co-Op for about a month after ( mobile number didn't change, all had my contact number )
I kind forgot the bank charges claim.
But I'm wondering if I should pusue my original claim , by just informing
Lloyd's of my new address.
I haven't got nothing to lose.
I'm not a Lloyd's customer anymore.
What do other's think ?
