Advise needed please, when we first started the process of our IVA (nearly 2 years ago) i became ill and had time off work on sick leave with notes from doctor, anyhow i subsiquently lost my job, i have now been doing work for an employment agency as this is the only work i can get, should i inform them that i'm proceeding with an iva, there is nothing in their small print regarding iva/bankruptcy.

				Hi Suzz
I have once worked for an employment agency and it was never a requirement to ask our candidates in fact it was never even thought of..... but i am assuming it depends what sector you work in... I hopw this helps

I agree, unless you are working in the financial sector, or dealing with sensitive stuff, unless they specify it I wouldn't tell them.
I work for the police in a civilian capacity, and I have not informed anyone.
