I shall probably go to the Maldives when I am debt free - although they may have sunk by the time I manage to get there!
Went there in 2003 for my 50th and have been living off the memories ever since!

It was wonderful! The sea was like stepping into a warm bath. It was so relaxing (God, I want to be there!). Not cheap, but then credit came cheaply then.

after my iva is paid i will be £800 richer!
no debt except the mortgage - pure heaven!
to be honest i think by then i will be so careful with money i will be scared to go on a spending spree! but then after the mistakes i have made with money that can only be a good thing!

I will hope by then we will be in the routine of living within our means and any luxuries, like holidays will be so much more appreciated when they are paid out right and not on credit.

Jane.I,
How come you changed to bankruptcy? Was that easy and what led you to change? I ask because I'm now wavering - I am more confused after acceptance of my IVA than ever. If you see my other posts you may understand...
Thanks,
Chardonnay
