Hi Everyone,
Has anyone else had mail from companies saying "We're concerned that you may not have been told all the facts about your options". It basically invites you to take up a free consultation to either renegotiate or withdraw from your agreement and says about the fees charged. It also goes on aboutthe four year clause.
I had a call from one company, then a letter from Blair Endesby (my company) warning me about this and asking me to send them any letters I recieve. On Tuesday I recieved one of these letters from a company called Integrity Financial Services. What frightens me most is that the register is open to the general public and they state in this letter the date of my IVA, the company I went hrough and the court where it was passed. The whole world now has access to my details which is uncomfortable - mind you identity fraud shouldn't be an issue - anyone who would like my identity is welcome to swap I don't have anything left worth taking!!!
Should I send the letter to Blair Endeby?
