Hi All,
Just wondered if anyone else saw the Tonight program this evening on ITV?
Money Saving Expert Martin Lewis was teaching 14-15 year olds about personal finances and good debt/bad debt.
The main thing they were looking at is the true cost of credit cards and their enthusiasm for the challenges was great.
They went home and applied what they had learnt to their parents finances. Between them they saved their parents £5K! It really was good and just shows that personal finance education would be a great addition to the curriculum. It's just a shame Martin Lewis can't do this in every school.
