Hi there

Having read somebody's comment on the Forum on Friday evening (sorry, I can't remember who now, I read everybody's comments), I wanted to ask a question. A couple of times recently, I have seen a man parked up in my road, just sitting there in his car watching my house. The last time he was there, I actually opened my front door to collect my post and we looked directly at each other and he just kept starting. Two minutes later he drove off. I thought I was being paranoid but having read the comment on the Forum about someone else having strange people parked up outisde their homes, I am now sure that he was checking me/our house out. Obviously it can only be a bailiff/person from a creditor but why are they bothering to do this as we are now in our IVA and have been for almost a year and all our creditors know this?

Regards

Liz

I really do not know the answer here, however I have read stories of people having wireless internet connections used by people parked up in the street. It is illegal but fairly easy to do, apparently. If a baliff were after you, wouldnt they just knock on the door??

Dave's ex brother in law drove around with his lap top until he found somewhere to use it as they had to move out of their house and didn't have the internet.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

I wouldnt worry I think skip and lily are right. It has been on the news a couple of times about this. I agree if anyone was wanting you they would just knock the door, and in the iva they can do nothing.
