IM A NR CUSTOMER AND IVE JUST REDUCED MY MORT TO AN INTEREST ONLY INSTEAD OF A REPAYMENT WHILE IM ON MY DMP
ID SENT ALL THE FORMS AND DIDNT HEAR BACK FROM THEM TOO QUICKLY
THEN ONE DAY I GOT A POST CARD FROM THE POST OFFICE SAYING COULD NOT DELIVER A LETTER BECAUSE THE SENDER DIDNT STAMP THE LETTER.
POST OFFICE CHARGED US FOR THIS AND WE CALLED NORTHEN ROCK TO TELL THEM OF THIS AND ALL THEY SAID WAS THAT WE SHOULD PUT THE LETTER IN THE POST TO THEM SO THEY COULD INVESTIGATE THIS
THAT MEANS WE HAVE TO POST IT AND FORK OUT MORE MONEY
ARE THYEY THIS BAD OFF THAT THEY CANT AFFORD 24P
WE HAD TO PAY THE POST OFFICE £1.24 AND THIS IS ALOT WHEN YOU ARE BUDGETING.

(ARE THEY CLASSED AS BAD CREDITORS TO US AS WE HAVE NOT MISSED ANY PAYMENTS TO THEM BUT THEY HAVE NOT PAID FOR THERE STAMP.)HA HA...

kerrie2735 as you have had a financial loss – make an official complaint, they will need to stick to FOS rules regarding complaints and you will get your money back quicker
