Hi all

I've in the process of an IVA and was wondering if you can tell me what Egg are like going through the process?

The majority of my debt is with egg, I have 5 other creditors, but I think 70% is with Egg.

Do egg accept IVA's as a general rule?

Thanks in advance for you time

we had Egg as one of our creditors and they were really nice, send nice letters, no phone calls and agreed to our IVA. Hope they do the same for you.

In my experience I have found Egg to be receptive to IVA's, what offer are you putting forward?

All of my debts total
Barclaycard 1100
Co-op 7900
Cahoot 8000
lloyds 4600
Egg 16000
Next 600
Dorothy 300
Halifax 2600
41100
The offer we are looking to put forward is £450 per month, but the company I am using haven't as yet sent me the paperwork to see how much will be going where.

Looking at those figures, will the larger debt companies need to approve it?

Sorry completely new at this

Egg are represented by Grant Thornton, a very well known and respected firm of IP's who will give your proposal a fair review. So long as you are putting best foot forward, you ought to anticipate gaining their support.
