Hello

Retired people are legally entitled to propose an IVA. Each case will be judged on it's own merits so my advice would be to contact some Expert companies for advice on your individual circumstances.

Hi There,

In agreement with Olivers comments, you are able enter into an IVA if your income & expenditure allows room for IVA payments. Any IVA expert will be able to advise you more personally.

Kind Regards
