I am looking at an iva but i am a manager for a finance company,
could this affect my employment?

It is possible,you will need to look at the terms and conditions of your employment contract.

Being in an IVA or being Bankrupt will not necessarily prevent you from working in Finance. However, it will be completely up to your company as to whether you they will allow people to work for them who are either in an IVA or bankrupt. The only way to discover whether you will be able to continue your employment would be for you to contact the HR department or read the terms and conditions of your contract.
