Our IVA was approved since November yet MBNA is still sending us letters about our debt. Are they really that ignorant or just plain stupid?

I would suggest that these are automated letters from a system that hasn't been updated with details of your IVA. Try to rise above it and if the harrasment continues ask your IP to step in.

And don't forget that your IP is being paid to supervise your case, so you should definately refer these matters to him/her
